Our
Family Caregiver program is designed to support families caring for individuals
with disabilities. We recognize the vital role that family caregivers play and
strive to equip them with the necessary resources, training, and support to
deliver high-quality care while maintaining their own well-being. This program
allows individuals to continue living at home while receiving care from family
members.
It
offers training opportunities, along with various support services, including
respite care, counseling, training, and peer support groups.
The
goal of the Family Caregiver Program is to empower caregivers, improve their
skills, and promote the well-being of both caregivers and the people they
support. By providing essential resources and fostering a supportive community,
the program helps create a more sustainable and positive caregiving experience.
Family
caregivers can contract with Jacob House to provide services for loved ones.
